Step one
The evaluation, step by step
One long visit with a doctor, about 75 minutes. It is the first of the three steps, and nothing else is booked until it is done.
- 01
Step 1: Your story
We start by talking. What you notice, when it shows up, what your referrer saw, and what you want to be able to do.
- 02
Step 2: Eye health and prescription
A full eye exam first, so we know your eyes are healthy and your glasses are right before we test anything else.
- 03
Step 3: How your eyes work as a team
Simple tools and targets show how your eyes focus, point together, follow a moving object and shift between near and far.
- 04
Step 4: What we found
The doctor explains each finding in plain words and says whether sessions fit. The plan follows within the week.
Practical
Billing, what to bring, who you see
How it is billed
A visit about a problem is usually billed to medical insurance, and the eye exam part can go to a vision plan. How fees work has the details.
How fees workWhat to bring
Your glasses or contact lenses, your insurance cards and any records or notes your referrer sent. A teen can come on their own; a parent or guardian books.
Who you see
Dr. Radovic or Dr. Ozturk runs the whole visit, start to finish.

About the evaluation
Will my eyes be dilated?
Only if the doctor needs a closer look at the back of your eye, and the doctor tells you why first. Dilation blurs near vision for a few hours, so bring sunglasses.
Does the evaluation mean I start sessions?
No. The evaluation ends with a plan, or with a referral if sessions are not the right fit. You decide whether to begin.
Can I bring someone?
Yes. Many patients bring a parent, partner or friend who has seen what happens when their eyes tire.
How should I prepare?
Eat and sleep as usual, wear what is comfortable and bring your glasses or contact lenses.
